**The Opportunity**

A newly created opportunity has become available for a highly skilled HR Digital, Data and Reward professional with a passion for leadership to join us. Part of the Human Resources Leadership team, this is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual wanting to make a mark

Reporting to the General Manager - Human Resources & Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for leading the HR Digital, Data & Reward team. Your role will be focused on enhancing our employee experience via the strategic oversight of all HR Technology and systems, people analytics and insights and total reward (including payroll), ensuring we provide contemporary services across our diverse business units.

**Your key accountabilities include**:

- Define the HR Data, Digital & Reward Operating Model and ways of working
- Lead from the front to support data literacy and capability uplift across the HR and Corporate Affairs team to drive a positive employee experience as well as supporting wider-divisional needs.
- Develop and maintain the governance framework for HR Systems and Data, including access procedures, stewardship and definitions for existing people data reporting assets.
- As the HR Systems owner, lead and drive the implementation and continuing development of HR Systems and facilitate their effective use. This includes leading and managing all HR system development and administration activities, maximising functionality, efficiency and user experience.
- Provide oversight to the development and implementation of a Total Reward Strategy in alignment with the overall HR strategy, divisional objectives and the Wesfarmers Group Remuneration and Benefit Strategy.
- Responsible for the annual remuneration cycle to ensure consistency with corporate objectives and legislative compliance.
- Support and lead the teams to ensure compliant, efficient, employee centric, sustainable payroll practices.

**About You**
- Excellent attention to detail is essential to success in this role
- Strong leadership capability to support the team to excel in everything they do
- Experience in managing projects, designing and delivering digitalised solutions
- Experience in HRIS system management, people data management and analytics.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary software development issues, trends and practices with a particular emphasis on data analytics, cloud based technologies and HRIS systems.
- Solid understanding of Total Reward practices and payroll management (preferable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant HR legislation (FWA, withholding tax, payroll tax, Privacy Act etc.)

This position has the flexibility to be based in one of our major locations - Kwinana or Murdoch; with travel to other operational sites to meet with business stakeholders/leaders as required.
