Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is a consortium comprising of industry leading Tier 1 organisations - John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. We are helping our client, Sydney Water, to deliver a $34 billion dollar program over a 10 year contract, providing design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services across their southern region - from Bondi to Gerringong, and out to the Georges River National Park

About the opportunity
D4C is seeking a Bid & Proposal Coordinator to join their Estimating Team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role is responsible the management of the planning, development, review and submission of all proposals, and to ensure that proposals are submitted on time, complete and at the required quality. They are responsible for tracking the status of proposals, coordinating stakeholder involvement, the management of all internal and external documentation, coordinating stakeholder involvement and proposal scheduling.
Key accountabilities
- Receipt, review and management of Requests for Quotation.
- Informing relevant stakeholders and liaising with technical and commercial teams for development of proposal deliverables.
- Managing and updating database of proposal records.
- Tracking and documenting proposal progression through the process.
- Track progression of proposal deliverables.
- Submission of RFI's, Submission and clarification responses
- Ensure that Proposal processes and procedures are followed.
- Implement systems and processes to ensure proposals are complete, and at the required standard.
- Scheduling and chairing relevant meetings (Kick Offs, Progress Meeting and Reviews etc).
- Preparation of meeting agendas, meeting minutes and distribution of conclusion of meeting.
- Implement standardised approach to RFQ response development.
- Coordinate review process to ensure review process procedures are followed and documented.
- Preparation and collating of proposal documentation and submission to internal and client requirements.
About you
- Experience managing bid or proposals processes
- Demonstrated understanding of bid function
- Experience in infrastructure projects (preferred)
- Managing stakeholders at all levels including a complex client structure
