The Role

We're looking for someone who knows their craft inside out — an experienced digital marketer who can take ownership of paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and connect them with automation, analytics, and reporting.

This is a role for someone who doesn't just "set up ads." We need a professional who knows how to:

  • Build audience strategies using custom data, hashed data, retargeting, and lookalikes
  • Judge match rates, optimise targeting, and pivot when things aren't working
  • Run paid campaigns confidently across both search and social, across industries and objectives
  • Design and optimise marketing automation journeys (Klaviyo preferred), from triggered flows to multi-step customer journeys
  • Own tracking, pixels, tagging, and analytics so that results are measurable and reporting is airtight
  • Speak with clients as a trusted advisor, able to explain both strategy and results clearly

Who You Are

We're not looking for someone learning the ropes. We're looking for someone who's already been in the trenches and can confidently strategise, set up, execute and optimise campaigns across paid, search and Klaviyo.

  • You've got at least 5 years' experience running Meta and Google Ads at a high level
  • You've worked across e-commerce, service-based, and lead-gen brands, and you understand CPL, CPA, and CPM models
  • You're strong with audience data — custom audiences, hashed data, match rates, lookalikes, retargeting
  • You know how to build out automation workflows that keep customers engaged (ideally in Klaviyo, but other tools count)
  • You're comfortable with analytics, attribution, and tracking, and you know how to make data meaningful for clients
  • You're confident leading client conversations, presenting results, and building relationships
  • You want a role with autonomy, flexibility, and responsibility — where your skill and judgement are trusted
