About the Role

  • Permanent full-time position, based in Pinkenba (with free onsite parking)
  • Flexible working arrangements, including work from home options
  • Exposure to large-scale commercial solar and battery projects
  • Develop core project management skills with mentoring from senior leaders

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project estimating, tender preparation, and scope planning
  • Support the delivery of projects to time, scope, and budget targets
  • Procure and administer contracts and equipment
  • Liaise with suppliers and ensure QA and safety compliance
  • Maintain project schedules and track key milestones
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

About You

  • You bring strong organisation and time management skills
  • A natural communicator with a commercial mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project tools
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders and project teams
  • Solar, electrical, or construction industry knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
  • Passionate about sustainability and looking to build a long-term career in renewables
