Our client, an innovative organisation based in the heart of the Gold Coast, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating resources, communicating with stakeholders, including reporting to the directors, and driving project milestones. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines while managing budgets, risks, and changes effectively. You will have CA's and junior CA's to support you also.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules.
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Managing stakeholder communications and expectations.
- Tracking project progress and preparing status reports.
- Mitigating risks and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting to the directors
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management within diverse industries. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
