About Us:

This is a growth hire, meaning you won't be stepping into a vacant role—you'll be joining a thriving, experienced team that's passionate about pushing creative boundaries and delivering high-quality digital experiences.

The Role:

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for designing engaging, user-friendly websites and leading UX/UI discussions with clients. You'll take ownership of projects, managing them end-to-end—from discovery and design through development and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure a seamless, polished final product.

You'll work closely with developers, strategists, and project teams to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring designs meet usability, performance, and aesthetic standards.

In this role, you'll actively manage client communication, present design concepts, gather feedback, and ensure smooth collaboration. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to translate client needs into stunning, high-performing designs.

For junior candidates, this is an opportunity to learn and develop your UX/UI skills under expert guidance.

For mid-level designers, you'll have the chance to take full ownership of projects and lead UX/UI strategies.

CRO experience is a bonus, but not required—if you're keen to learn, you'll have access to expert training in conversion rate optimisation.

Who We're Looking For:

We're open to both experienced designers and emerging UX/UI talent—what matters most is your creativity, technical ability, and communication skills.

You should have:

A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills (WordPress and Shopify projects are a plus).

Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools.

A keen understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

The ability to navigate and understand WordPress and Shopify CMS.

Strong verbal and written communication skills—you'll be working closely with clients and presenting design ideas.

An ownership mentality—you'll manage projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through development and QA.

A collaborative mindset—you'll work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.

Experience in working with and managing developers through the build phase to ensure the final site matches designs 1:1.
