What you will be doing

The Production Specialist will be responsible for supporting production and warehousing operations, including cleaning duties and forklift activities, in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Undertake production and warehouse activities, including cleaning, mixing, batching, packing, and labelling.
  • Operate manufacturing and forklift equipment safely in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Weigh and measure raw materials accurately to maintain quality standards.
  • Record production details on batch sheets, delivery dockets, and stocktake sheets.
  • Conduct product sampling, inspections, and equipment checks to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Identify and report issues or hazards, taking corrective action when required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a similar production or warehousing role (preferred).
  • Current Forklift Licence.
  • Good maths skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong safety and quality focus.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to follow procedures and work independently.
  • Basic computer and iPad literacy.
