About the Role

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of bonded warehouse and wholesale operations. Your key accountabilities will include:

• Managing daily warehouse operations across bonded and 3PL facilities, including receivals, dispatch, and inventory accuracy.
• Overseeing compliance with WHS, and bond licence requirements.
• Coordinating domestic and international freight bookings, documentation, and delivery scheduling.
• Supervising and mentoring warehouse staff, including rostering, performance oversight, and safety leadership.
• Operating forklifts and equipment as needed to support the team.
• Processing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier deliveries within ERP/WMS systems.
• Supporting internal and external sales through stock availability, order processing, and customer enquiries.
• Driving continuous improvement across logistics, systems, and warehouse layout design.

About You

You thrive in fast-paced environments where organisation, leadership, and problem-solving are critical. You enjoy being hands-on, whether it's operating a forklift, troubleshooting a WMS issue, or leading toolbox talks with your team.

Your background includes warehouse operations, inventory management, and freight coordination—ideally within a bonded or regulated facility. You're confident navigating compliance requirements, preparing reports, and engaging with external regulators.

Selection Criteria

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations
• Leadership and rostering experience
• Confidence with Warehouse Management systems and inventory management
• A current car driver's licence and forklift licence
