Warehouse Operator – Full-Time Casual | Heidelberg West

ESP Recruitment is seeking a reliable and switched-on Warehouse Labourer / Operator for a leading manufacturing business based in Heidelberg West. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is physically fit, experienced within food manufacturing, and ready to hit the ground running in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the cheese-making process, including mixing, cutting, molding, and aging.
  • Monitor product quality and report any variances to supervisors.
  • Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards (HACCP & GMP).
  • Handle, store, and transport raw materials and finished products within the facility.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and production lines.
  • Accurately complete production records, logs, and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Perform general labouring and warehouse duties as required (e.g., lifting, stacking, packing).
  • Following OH&S procedures at all times
