We are now seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Design and develop seasonal menus with creativity, aligning with Kloud99's brand and clientele.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP compliance).
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Control food costs, portion sizes, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with management on promotions, special events, and new offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-paced café, bistro, or bar-style venue.
  • Strong culinary skills with a flair for modern café and casual dining cuisine.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen budgeting and cost control.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passionate, creative, and dedicated to providing exceptional food experiences.
