Industrial Harvest is a fresh and modern café with a mission: bringing exciting, seasonal food and quality produce to Sydney's west. Over the past 8 years, we've experienced rapid growth, built a strong reputation, and created a loyal community of customers who love what we do.

We're now on the hunt for a Sous Chef to join our team and work alongside our award-winning Executive Chef. This is your chance to take a leading role in one of our busy cafés, help shape its next chapter, and put your creativity into action.

About the role:

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated chef who is passionate about fresh, seasonal food and keeping on trend with modern ideas. You'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering consistently high-quality dishes while leading and inspiring the team around you.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong across multiple cuisines
  • Ability to manage high-volume service while maintaining quality
  • Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and a commitment to cleanliness
  • A natural leader who values teamwork, training, and innovation
