We're on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at the newly restored Tocumwal Hotel, located right on the beautiful Murray River.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fresh start — our doors are reopening soon, and we're building a kitchen team that's passionate, creative, and ready to deliver great food and good vibes to locals and visitors alike.
What we're looking for:
- A hands-on Sous Chef who can support the Head Chef in daily operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor junior staff
- Experience in modern pub-style or bistro dining
- A commitment to quality, consistency, and cleanliness
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
