The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in Morayfield. With a steady supply of quality pre-owned vehicles, this role offers strong earning potential and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, NPS, and aftermarket targets, including finance and insurance opportunities.
  • Provide seamless, personalised service aligned with Customer Compass Principles, from first contact to post-delivery follow-up.
  • Accurately manage enquiries, documentation, and compliance while ensuring showroom presentation and product knowledge are always up to date.
  • Build rapport, encourage feedback, and promote aftersales services to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Support team success, attend meetings, share insights, and continuously seek ways to improve customer experience and business processes.
  • Actively seek opportunities to grow, innovate, and enhance both personal and business performance.

About you:

  • Hold a valid Motor Sales License.
  • Proven customer-facing experience with strong sales and service skills (automotive or retail sales desirable).
  • Strong persuasive ability, self-motivation, and drive to succeed in sales.
  • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while effectively managing your own performance.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a fixed weekday RDO); flexibility to work across sites is advantageous.
