Design Sales Consultant – High-End Cabinetry | Wood Marble and White Location: Newstead, Brisbane | New Showroom Opening Soon

Wood Marble and White is a leader in luxury, custom cabinetry – blending timeless design, premium craftsmanship, and innovative solutions. As we expand into the Brisbane market with the opening of our brand-new flagship showroom in Newstead, we are seeking a talented Design Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premium brand at the forefront of bespoke cabinetry design. Based in our state-of-the-art showroom, you will work closely with clients to design, specify, and deliver tailored kitchen, bathroom, and interior cabinetry solutions. Your role will combine creative design expertise with sales acumen, guiding clients from initial consultation through to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage clients in the showroom, delivering a luxury customer experience
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored design solutions in line with our premium standards
  • Prepare design concepts, proposals, and quotations using industry design software
  • Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Represent the Wood Marble and White brand with professionalism and passion
About You
  • Previous experience in kitchen, cabinetry, or interior design sales (essential)
  • Strong design skills with an eye for detail and luxury aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, SketchUp, Vortex spaces or similar)
  • A motivated, client-focused professional who thrives in a high-end retail or design environment
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes
