A leading law firm is seeking a hands-on
Consultant
to support a
major business transformation
project focused on process optimisation and operational improvement.

The engagement involves
validating cost-saving opportunities
through process improvement, automation, and AI enablement, and building a credible business case and implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data-driven analysis of existing processes, cost structures, and workflows.
  • Support process mapping, identifying automation and AI enablement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain cost models, investment analyses, and initiative tracking.
  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials and documentation for executive audiences.
  • Support stakeholder interviews, synthesising findings into clear insights and implications.
  • Contribute to the development of the business case and implementation roadmap.

Your Background

Essential:

  • 2–4 years' experience in management consulting, transformation, or business analysis.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, cost modelling, or operational improvement.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with ability to build and interpret financial models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.

Highly Valued:

  • Exposure to automation or AI implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with workflow optimisation tools or process improvement frameworks.
  • Experience in professional services or legal industry operations.
