A leading law firm is seeking a hands-on
Consultant
to support a
major business transformation
project focused on process optimisation and operational improvement.
The engagement involves
validating cost-saving opportunities
through process improvement, automation, and AI enablement, and building a credible business case and implementation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data-driven analysis of existing processes, cost structures, and workflows.
- Support process mapping, identifying automation and AI enablement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain cost models, investment analyses, and initiative tracking.
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials and documentation for executive audiences.
- Support stakeholder interviews, synthesising findings into clear insights and implications.
- Contribute to the development of the business case and implementation roadmap.
Your Background
Essential:
- 2–4 years' experience in management consulting, transformation, or business analysis.
- Proven experience in process mapping, cost modelling, or operational improvement.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with ability to build and interpret financial models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
Highly Valued:
- Exposure to automation or AI implementation projects.
- Familiarity with workflow optimisation tools or process improvement frameworks.
- Experience in professional services or legal industry operations.
