Our product teams are the eyes and ears of Cuscal. They’re client-focused relationship managers, serving everything from business development, marketing, fraud, and customer support. They gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ needs so that they can integrate our market leading products and services seamlessly.
We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Shared Services division at Cuscal.
Reporting to the Practice Lead, Process Improvement Practice, the purpose of the position is to take an end-to-end view of processes, with an aim to increase Cuscal’s process maturity, efficiency, and effectiveness, while enhancing the overall client and employee experience.
The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Discover, analyse, measure and document current and future state processes to understand pain points and root causes of issues.
- Initiate, facilitate, and recommend improvements creatively solving problems and using innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, working collaboratively to uplift end-to-end processes.
- In collaboration with stakeholders and function owners, develop/enhance existing process and procedure documentation and develop new artefacts as required (process maps, standard operating procedures, etc).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Process Improvement Frameworks and Methodologies.

**About You**
Addition to this we invite you to have the following to be successful in this role:
- Proficient working knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies (such as LEAN, Six-Sigma, CEMethod, DMAIC)
- Demonstratable skills in stakeholder engagement with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to solve problems in an effective and proactive manner.
- Proven experience with JIRA and MS Dynamics is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyse and interpret business requirements/issues, story tell using relevant data, and translate into appropriate solutions.
- Skill to make sense of abstract information and communicate complex ideas to others.
- Excellent communication skills - Written and Oral.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being part of a team.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with an aptitude to grasp information quickly.
- Tertiary qualifications in a commercial discipline highly desirable.
