A new chapter awaits in the beautiful Southern Downs region. Warwick, Queensland is a community rich in history, culture and natural beauty without sacrificing access to modern services. SCOTS PGC College is set on expansive grounds and is a leading co-educational day and boarding school for students from Prep to Year 12. Founded in the Uniting Church ethos, and with over a century of tradition, the College is known for its welcoming community, values-driven education, and holistic focus on personalising approaches to academic, pastoral, and co-curricular development. Deeply connected to its regional context, SCOTS PGC College blends strong community partnerships with a progressive vision for student pathways of learning.
The Council is now seeking an inspiring and committed Principal/CEO to lead the next chapter in the College's journey. Leading a dedicated team and working closely with the College Council, the Principal/CEO will provide high-level leadership across strategic planning, academic programs, operational management, pastoral care, and community engagement.
With a commitment to inclusive education and a deep understanding of the power of relationships, the next Principal/CEO will continue to foster a strong, supportive and innovative culture for students and staff, while continuing to steward the College's long-term sustainability. An entrepreneurial mindset and keen business acumen would be an asset for the next Principal/CEO.
