The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised School Officer: Administration (Extra-curricular) to join our team and support the coordination of enriching student experiences beyond the classroom. This role plays a vital part in facilitating internal and external extra-curricular events, liaising with staff, families, and external providers to ensure smooth communication and participation.
Working closely with leadership and teaching staff, you will assist in preparing documentation, managing schedules, supporting student learning activities, and helping supervise students during events and excursions. Your contribution will help create engaging opportunities that support students' social, emotional, and academic development. Further details can be obtained from the Role Description.

- confident using a range of communication platforms
- collaborative and flexible approach to working with staff, students, and families
- ability to support student learning and wellbeing during extra-curricular activities
- either hold a current Paid Blue Card for working with children issued by Blue Card Services or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencing in this role.
