About You
- have previous experience in a similar role and hold a qualification in Education Support (desirable)
- You're empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting student wellbeing and learning.
- You build positive relationships with children and staff through trust and consistency.
- either hold a current Paid Blue Card for working with children issued by Blue Card Services or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencing in this role.
