About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for an
Assistant Property Manager
to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Working within the dynamic
Residential Management
team, this role will allow you to either kick off or further develop your career within residential property management.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting across marketing, leasing and application management for new tenancies
  • Completing routine and leasing inspections ensuring tenant compliance
  • Entry/Exit Condition Reports and tenant onboarding
  • Coordination of contractors for property maintenance and repairs
  • Coordination of lease renewal negotiations
  • Understand the importance of and develop excellent lines of communication with all property management staff, tenants, contractors, customers and clients

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience in a similar role ideal but not essential
  • Certificate of Registration
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organised and professional presentation
  • A good team player
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Sound prioritisation and time management skills
  • Own vehicle and drivers licence
