The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Project Management team immediately, working alongside experienced Project and Construction Managers on a project nearing completion.

The pathway: Within months, you could transition into a Contracts Manager role with responsibility for two major projects delivering approximately 500 apartments. This is genuine career progression—not a distant promise.

Your Scope:

  • Full lifecycle contracts management: estimation, procurement, subcontract administration and cost control
  • Mentoring junior team members in estimating, scope definition and trade procurement
  • Strategic oversight of major residential developments from pre-construction through practical completion
  • Collaboration with project leadership to drive program delivery and commercial outcomes

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
  • Proven track record delivering medium to high-density residential projects in NSW
  • Expert knowledge of BCA and quality requirements for Class 2 buildings
  • Strong subcontractor relationships and procurement programming capability
  • Advanced proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Jobpac, Payapps and Hammertech Exceptional time management and meticulous attention to detail
