Rescom Solar Pty Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join our team in Chatswood, NSW. This is a full-time, office-based role that plays a key part in supporting our customers and internal teams as we deliver industry-leading solar and battery solutions.


About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll provide outstanding customer service and ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Working closely with the sales and operations teams, you'll be involved in everything from preparing customer agreements to supporting project coordination — making each day varied and rewarding.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Managing a range of administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and filing
  • Preparing and processing customer agreements and related documentation
  • Supporting sales and operations teams with project coordination and follow-up tasks
  • Assisting with process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others. You'll be someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or administration (renewable energy experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • A friendly, professional, and proactive approach to work
