About the role

This full-time Automotive Administration Assistant role at Car Junction OLD in Clontarf, offers an excellent opportunity to join our small team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and operations team, ensuring the seamless running of day-to-day business activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  2. Assisting with the processing of sales and finance paperwork
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle inventory records
  4. Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments and test drives
  5. Creating and posting social media content about the business and vehicles
  6. Providing administrative support to the sales and operations team as required
  7. Ensuring the office environment is well-organised and maintained
  8. Other general administrative duties as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues
  2. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities to manage competing priorities
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Training will be provided with the dealership management system
  4. Candidate would be good on their phone for customer calls/follow up texts.
  5. Candiate would preferably have a manual driver's licence
  6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  7. A positive, proactive and customer-centric approach
