Automotive Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Receptionist to join our team at Flow Autobody's Enoggera, QLD location. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our busy workshop.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
3. Scheduling appointments and maintaining the workshop calendar
4. Performing data entry and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business
5. Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
6. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Competent in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
5. A team player who is adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
