About the opportunity

Joining as part of our graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company.

You'll get to:

• Assist with technical drawings of subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs

• Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget

• Manage project administration such as scheduling, estimating, and report preparation

• Problem solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients

• Strengthen your communication through gaining exposure to stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, obtained within the last two years (or working towards)

• A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement

• An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities

• Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication

• Previous experience in design, construction or consultancy in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded.
