We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join our team — someone who thrives on challenges, values innovation, and is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
  • Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes and tender packages for new project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee project quality, safety, and compliance, ensuring all standards are met.
  • Provide technical support and constructability advice to Project and Site Teams throughout all phases.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project processes and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in construction project engineering; infrastructure project experience highly valued.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality control standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
