The Role:

We're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. You'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly — from receiving and dispatching stock to maintaining company equipment and ensuring a safe, efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock and materials
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Check inventory against purchase orders and assist with stock counts
  • Manage and track company assets (tools, equipment, vehicles, etc.)
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely
  • Load and unload deliveries, including shipping containers
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

About You

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience (preferred).
  • A background in telecommunications would be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
  • Forklift licence (advantageous).
  • Basic computer and inventory system skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
