The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing and warehouse team at Surekleen's Malaga facility.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role combines team leadership with practical, on-the-floor involvement — including mixing and blending products, filling bottles, labelling, packing, and dispatching customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.

  • Actively support the team by participating in:

  • Chemical and powder blending, measuring, and mixing raw materials.

  • Filling, labelling, and packaging finished goods into bottles, drums, and bulk containers.
  • Dispatch, loading, and receivables — ensuring accurate stock movement and on-time delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules with the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, HSEQ, and Dangerous Goods standards.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety checks, and housekeeping inspections.
  • Ensure accurate batch sheets, production logs, and stock documentation are completed.
  • Monitor inventory levels, liaise with procurement, and report material or packaging shortages.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, workflow, and process efficiency.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production supervisory role.
  • Experience in chemical blending, filling, or packaging operations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ and ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Hands-on leadership style — willing to work alongside your team to achieve results.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Forklift licence
  • Positive, safety-focused attitude with a passion for teamwork and quality.
