We're a top-tier ASX-listed company helping to make the world a safer place through creating a stronger and more resilient business and enabling our portfolio of iconic insurance brands.   Your Role  As the Casualty Pricing Manager within the Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) Pricing team, you'll lead the development and execution of technical and commercial pricing strategies for casualty insurance products, with a focus on Standalone Liability and Professional & Financial Lines. Your role is pivotal in delivering data-driven insights and pricing models that support profitable growth and align with IAG's purpose of making the world a safer place.   You'll manage a team of pricing specialists and analysts, guiding them in the design, deployment, and monitoring of robust pricing models tailored to long-tail, high-severity, low-frequency casualty products. You'll also lead strategic pricing initiatives, collaborate with portfolio and distribution teams, and ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and market trends.   Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Portfolio, Underwriting, Claims, Valuations, Data Analytics and Finance to ensure pricing decisions are informed, compliant, and strategically aligned.
