About the role

As the Pricing Manager for Spruson & Ferguson, you will manage the pricing function for Australia, ensuring it becomes a key driver of profitability and competitive advantage. This role is pivotal in shaping pricing strategy, governance, and capability across the firm.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing pricing strategies that maximise profitability, enhance client value, and support market share growth. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and client behaviour to inform optimal pricing decisions. Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with the leadership team, business development, finance, operations and professional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives and deliver sustainable growth.

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' professional services experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and analytical capability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  • Experience in leading change and transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • The ability to problem-solve.
  • The ability to collaborate with staff members to ensure individual and shared goals are met to a high standard.
