We are seeking a
Team Engagement Manager
to lead, inspire, and support a team of MSP Talent Partners. This role is key to ensuring the team is motivated, skilled, and consistently delivering outstanding results for a major portfolio across Australia's East Coast.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and deliver team engagement plans to drive morale and retention

Lead performance reviews, coaching, and development planning

Oversee onboarding, workforce planning, and resource allocation

Run structured team meetings, provide operational leadership, and ensure quality outputs

Drive change management initiatives and adoption of new processes/technologies

Foster collaboration with Program Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in managing and developing teams, ideally in a program management or commercial setting

Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire high performance

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Experience in MSP, recruitment, or workforce solutions (highly desirable)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
