Sales Assistant / Trainee Piercer

We're looking for a friendly, motivated team member to join us at Ivy Ink. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for beauty and aesthetics who is excited to learn new skills.

What the role involves:

  • Customer service, greeting clients and assisting with bookings.
  • Sales of our curated range of high-quality aesthetic jewellery.
  • Learning and performing ear piercing (earlobes, stacks, curated piercings) – training provided, no experience required.
  • Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Friendly, professional and approachable personality.
  • Great communication skills and customer focus.
  • Reliability and willingness to learn new technical skills.
  • No prior piercing experience necessary – full training will be provided.
