About the Role

Title: Associate / Buyers Agent

Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Gold Coast (residential and commercial territories)

Key responsibilities include:

  • Buyer engagement and relationship management
  • Supporting property inspections, open homes, and appointments
  • Prospecting and maintaining the client database
  • Learning to appraise, list, and negotiate transactions
  • Managing inbound inquiries and cross-sector communications
  • Working towards securing your own listings within the team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or near completion)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • The ability to adapt between commercial and residential environments
