ABOUT THE ROLE
This role exists to unify and elevate MESHKI's brand presence globally across all consumer touchpoints by leading the integrated functions of Brand Marketing, PR, and Influencer Marketing. The Head of Brand Marketing, PR & Influencer is the strategic driver ensuring that campaigns are culturally resonant, creatively world-class, and commercially impactful, while being flawlessly executed across every channel.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead and own MESHKI's integrated Brand, PR & Influencer strategy, aligning with global growth objectives.
- Set clear objectives for campaigns and functions, ensuring cross-team alignment with Creative, Digital, E-Com, and Product.
- Provide creative and strategic direction for campaigns, PR activations, and influencer programs, approving concepts, talent, and messaging.
- Oversee brand marketing, partnerships, activations, and events, ensuring cultural relevance and commercial impact.
- Drive influencer and celebrity strategies, including talent selection, paid/organic campaigns, amplification, and ROI management.
- Align Brand, PR & Influencer priorities with broader business, acting as a key liaison across teams and executive stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and embed insights to optimise campaigns, reputation, and brand equity.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering a collaborative, creative, and results-driven culture.
- Lead localisation strategies and global market expansion across AU, US, UK, EU, and Middle East, building partner networks.
- Champion innovation, long-term brand equity, and purpose-led storytelling across all brand, PR, and influencer initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Senior leadership experience managing Brand, PR, and/or Influencer teams in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in integrated campaigns across brand marketing, PR, and influencer programs with measurable results.
- Celebrity and influencer management experience, including talent selection, contracts, and campaign activation.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into creative, market-facing initiatives.
- Global market experience, including localisation strategies across multiple regions (AU, US, UK, EU, Middle East).
- Data-driven decision making, with experience setting KPIs, analysing performance metrics, and optimising campaigns.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, including experience presenting to executive teams and aligning cross-functional priorities.
- Creative leadership and brand storytelling, ensuring campaigns are culturally relevant and commercially effective.
- Budget and financial management experience for high-value campaigns, partnerships, and global initiatives.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with experience developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
