We are growing rapidly and seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, strengthen our brand presence, and engage both customers and investors across multiple channels.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will own the planning and execution of marketing across the Operator XR product line and the XRG corporate brand. This includes driving lead generation, managing brand and content, building strong PR/media relationships, and ensuring effective digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
The role will also lead investor-facing marketing activities for XRG's corporate channels, ensuring brand alignment with investor communications. The Marketing Manager will have access to a small internal team (Digital Marketer + Designer) to deliver on marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operator XR Marketing
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for Operator XR, aligned with revenue growth targets.
- Drive demand generation campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels, integrated with Salesforce CRM.
- Content marketing: Create case studies, whitepapers, website, blogs, social media, and video.
- Lead PR and media outreach, building relationships with law enforcement/defence industry and tech publications.
- Oversee digital marketing (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, retargeting, paid search/social, organic social, growth hacking).
- Plan and deliver trade show participation and industry events to generate leads and build brand visibility.
XRG Corporate Brand & Investor Marketing
- Manage XRG corporate brand presence across owned and earned channels.
- Deliver compelling corporate communications to the investor audience (announcements, media releases, earned media).
- Align marketing outputs with corporate strategy, brand narrative, and ASX announcements
Team & Agency Management
- Manage and mentor a small internal team (Digital Marketer and Designer).
- Oversee and coordinate external PR agency.
- Prioritize workload and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Analytics, Budget & Reporting
- Own the marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimized for ROI.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs for lead generation, pipeline contribution, brand awareness, and media reach.
- Provide regular updates to the COO and leadership team on marketing performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in technology, defence, or SaaS industries
- Proven track record in lead generation and demand generation through digital and event-based channels.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated success in PR/media relations and brand storytelling.
- Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, paid social (LinkedIn/Google Ads).
- Prior experience managing small teams and external agencies.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for customers and investors.
- Valid working rights in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa)
