MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Assistance to the ANZ Head of Marketing
- Provide administrative & communication support.
- Coordinate departmental budgets, expenses and phone enquiries.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Marketing Assistance
- Ownership of key marketing deliverables for product launches in region via NPI Tracker management and maintenance along with creation of NPI Launch Packs.
- Manage and maintain our project management tool, ensuring tasks, timelines, and updates are accurately tracked and communicated across the team.
- Work with Product Management to translate product features and benefits into crisp, fact based and compelling value propositions and marketing messages, which can be leveraged by PR, and sales.
- Support digital marketing efforts with loading of best-in-class content, website activations and adhoc tasks
- End to end support of both internal and external event execution, including trade show planning and setup, coordinating sample requirements, arranging equipment and furniture hire, and overseeing logistics.
- Coordinate social media execution by contributing to content planning, generating creative ideas, drafting captions, editing visuals, scheduling and posting content, and assisting with performance tracking and reporting.
- Support the graphic design function by completing creative briefs and sourcing all necessary information, assets, and approvals.
- Collating, marking up changes and proofing artwork (PB, FAQ, manuals, and packaging)
- Assist with Merchandising and POS Development to meet the needs of our customers.
- Execution and rollout of approved marketing launch plans.
- Work closely with external PR agency to successfully launch new products along with any necessary business updates, events, advertising, sample management and distribution, influencer program and general enquiries.
- Identify and recommend new marketing, PR and social media tools and concepts through market research and end user study. Closely monitor industry trend, competitive landscape, and opportunities to drive growth.
Internal support
- Act as an escalation point to Customer Care and Technical support for product related enquiries.
- Support Sales by providing product information and collaterals as required.
- Provide information and feedback as requested by Global and Regional marketing.
- Participate in regional and global conference calls as required.
- Support operational and demand planning initiatives.
General
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Always conduct one's self in a professional and courteous manner that preserves the reputation of the Company.
- Communicate ideas, challenges and problems as they arise.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
