About the role
Our teams comprise of the industry's top talent, with our Talent function managing high-profile external technology programmes and selecting the market's most skilled consultants for internal vacancies. We align technical excellence with core values to ensure success.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Consultant in our Talent team to support our growth, with the role split between internal hiring and external consulting services engagements. This is not a pure recruitment or talent acquisition role.
Responsibilities
- Aligning your technical delivery knowledge and expertise with our customers and colleagues.
- Comprehensively present all services to prospective clients helping achieve growth and maximise value.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer, consultant and internal stakeholder relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Use your commercial intelligence to contribute to statements of work and proposals to customers. Owning the outcome.
- Ensuring your community of consultants are always ready to fulfil opportunities across the breadth of our technology portfolio. This is extensive.
- Maintain accurate CRM information and opportunity tracking.
- Forecasting new service revenue and keeping the delivery pipeline of the team up to date in real time.
- Commitment to achieving Individual and team KPIs.
- Commitment to training and selling the entire suite of products and services where needed.
- Commitment to promote the company culture and values.
Knowledge and skills:
- A strong track record of success building long term meaningful relationships with consultants and customers.
- Demonstrated growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
- Authentic story telling
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the internal organisation and our customers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology trends and tools, with particular emphasis on cybersecurity
- A passion for Automation of tasks and strong systems experience and analytical skills.
- A rare ability to analyse and critique a consultants technical skills and personal attributes.
- A customer first approach to all activities.
Experience:
- Degree Qualified
- 5 + years' experience working in IT/Cyber security services essential.
- A strong track record of understanding many technical topics and the security concerns businesses face.
- A foundational - intermediate understanding of using tools and technologies such as AI to improve efficiency
