Bounce Readiness provides end to end emergency management, incident management and business continuity services across Australia, assisting organisations to effectively manage incidents through Readiness, Resilience and Response.

With the ability to work almost completely remotely (but not alone), we are looking for someone who is not afraid to work autonomously, as well as within a team. The Position

Bounce Readiness is currently seeking a passionate facilitator and consultant to join our growing team on a Casual or Contract basis, with scope for Part-time or Full-Timewith growth. The main purpose of this role is to provide facilitation and consulting services to its clients through facilitation of training and drills / exercises.

Requirements

This hybrid role is a combination of working from client sites, work from home, and interstate travel maybe required at times. The successful candidate for this position will have:

  • Excellent client engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Finely tuned verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least five years' experience in consulting, teaching and/or facilitation.
  • Experience in delivering ECO training, Warden training, Chief Warden training, evacuation and lockdown drills etc.
  • Previous experience working or volunteering in emergency management is a plus.
  • An energetic 'can do' attitude, with high levels of initiative.
  • High level of expertise in all Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects at the one time.
  • Ability to work autonomously where required, as well as within a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong drive for continuous improvement, delivery of quality outcomes and support of the Bounce Readiness objectives.
  • Adaptable and willing to embrace change at pace.
  • Experience working with AS3745 and AS4083 essential.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience in designing and delivering training, assessing competency and addressing compliance
  • Current drivers' license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel.
  • Must be fully COVID vaccinated.
  • Based in Sydney, with travel to clients throughout NSW and interstate as required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver practical emergency and incident management training, both in-person and virtually, including Warden, Chief Warden, and Emergency Planning Committee sessions.
  • Conduct evacuation and lockdown drills and support emergency and incident management exercises.
  • Develop and customise client materials, such as response plans, evacuation diagrams, and exercises.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to uphold Bounce Readiness's reputation.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver professional, high-quality services.
  • Identify and report business development opportunities to support company growth.
