- Flexible roster to suit your lifestyle
- Career pathways across ECC, leadership, and education
- The Welcome Experience: relocation & community support program
- Employee wellbeing initiatives including Fitness Passport and EAP

AES North Coast is part of Animal Emergency Australia (AEA), the largest veterinary professional-owned network of GP and ECC hospitals. As an employee-owned network, every decision – from patient care to facility investment – is guided by veterinary professionals, for veterinary professionals.
We're looking for a qualified and registered veterinarian (confident GPs encouraged) who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments, is passionate about delivering empathetic, high-quality care, and wants to enjoy the unique lifestyle that Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers have to offer.
