Ready to open doors to your next big opportunity? The Bradnams Windows and Doors team in Cairns are seeking a Scheduler / Admin / Office Support to help shape the future of windows and doors

The Role

To provide excellent customer service to our growing department in Cairns. Achieving this by providing accurate paperwork and information to internal and external customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key to this role will be your desire to provide excellent customer service and the ability to build strong relationships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling all jobs to ensure customer requirements and factory lead times are met
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on lead times and confirm deliveries/ installations
  • Maintain accurate and up to date job registers
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
  • Provide key support to external Sales Staff
  • Providing timely information to key stakeholders
  • Work in line with our credit department
  • Develop and retain knowledge about Bradnam's products and building codes
  • Actively work as part of the customer service team
  • Identify areas for improvements where appropriate

About You

  • Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred but not essential.
  • A willingness to learn
  • Ability to be self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision
  • Have a positive mindset and the ability to find solutions for customer challenges
