Job Description

How you'll make a difference

  • Be the go-to person for running the office – from mail, supplies, and manual timesheets to keeping everything organised and running smoothly.
  • Provide admin support to the team including scheduling meetings, booking travel, coordinating events, and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and collaborate with wider AECOM teams (finance, IT, facilities, safety) to meet business needs.
  • Support projects and reporting by preparing documents, reconciling expenses, and liaising with stakeholders to keep work on track.

  • Experienced administrator (5+ years) with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping priorities clear.
  • Friendly, proactive and approachable, with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexible team player who enjoys being central to the office, with some finance knowledge and interest in mentoring junior admins in future.
