Brisbane Adelaide QLD, Australia NHVR Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We are now accepting expressions of interests from you to join our Network Access Policy team to support the delivery of heavy vehicle access and productivity reforms via the development, delivery and maintenance of policies and regulations.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Support the Principal Policy Advisor – Network Access Policy, to deliver a complex program of national heavy vehicle access projects and policy initiatives within specific timeframes.
  • Undertake research on matters relevant to the role, analyse data, issues and trends, and prepare quality evidence-based policy proposals, briefings and correspondence that communicate findings, recommend policy positions and identify areas for reform.
  • Proactively contribute to the development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of strategic, technical and operational policy, procedures, guidelines and regulation relevant to the Network Access Policy team.
  • Take personal responsibility to deliver on agreed outcomes, model high standards of professionalism and ethical behaviour; demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to personal development.

Please note this position is on a temporary full time basis until 30 June 2026 and can be based in either Brisbane or Adelaide.
