Coastal Fire Services are seeking a new member to join our Team.
We are on the hunt for a new Administration Assistant to prepare our Annual Fire Safety Statements.
If you have great organisational skills, looking for a new challenge and have great attention to detail we would love to hear from you.
Your Key duties will include:
Effective coordination of Contractors - including scheduling routine testing and inspection of fire protection equipment - including following them up for any applicable reports and quotes.
Customer engagement regarding booking in site visits for testing.
Preparation of the Annual Fire Safety Statement.
Assist with smooth transition of job completion to issue of the Annual Fire Safety Statement
