The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Administrator to join our Sydney team on a full-time basis. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to ensure our facilities contracts run smoothly, client needs are met, and our teams are supported to deliver quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities Management team.
- Provide administrative support to work orders, service requests, and contractor schedules.
- Assist with compliance documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
- Ensure compliance with company processes.
- Support continuous improvement in systems and processes.
About You
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role, ideally within Facilities Management, Property, or Construction.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with FM software will be highly regarded.
- A proactive, team-focused approach.
