This position of Facilities Administrator, is responsible to the Director of Facilities for providing efficient administrative and operational support to the Director and the Facilities Department; plus supporting the delivery of capital projects, maintenance programmes and key service contracts such as cleaning, and electronic and physical security.

This position is an integral support for the efficient and effective management of Trinity College grounds and buildings. It will often be the first position to field concerns or issues with College staff, including School leaders, requiring appropriate attendance. This person will demonstrate professionalism and strong planning and organisational capabilities. They will be a proactive team member, displaying a high degree of initiative and possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To be considered for this position you will have:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in facilities management.
- High level organisational and administrative support skills, including the ability to prioritise deadlines in a complex and multi-site environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing appropriate systems and processes to deliver consistent and high quality facilities support services.
- Extensive experience in management of operational service delivery contracts and the measurement of performance against partnership arrangements and / or service level agreements.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of budgeting, purchasing procedures, performance indicators and financial processes.
- Extensive computing and administrative skills, including high proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, and the development and maintenance of paper-based and electronic administrative.

This is a full-time position based at the main office in Evanston South. This position will commence as soon as possible.
