We are seeking a
**professional and experienced Facility Coordinator** to join an internationally recognised brand, working with an on-site team for one of their major clients,
**a leader in the aviation industry.**

The
**Facilities Coordinator** is responsible for developing and maintaining a highly functional workplace, which fosters collaboration, innovation and agility. This is a
**broad and varied position** where you will be responsible for the day to day facilities, stakeholder management and routine inspections. You will be located at their
**Mascot site 5 days per week.**

**Requirements for the role**:

- Act as **first point of contact** for internal and external customers with FM related queries
- Management of all maintenance/ security client requests
- Manage the day to day building vendor relationships and maintenance of the FM system
- Delivering a range of administrative services
- Manage and coordinate invoices and purchase orders
- Maintain a current knowledge of all of relevant legislation and government guidelines

**To be considered**:

- **Previous experience in a Facilities role**, preferably onsite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, great problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise
