Opportunity to provide high quality marketing co-ordination and support to the Metropolitan Sales team and Directors ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the smooth running of all marketing activities on a 6 month contract.

Here's a snapshot of your day/week;

  1. Campaign Management & Execution

Assist with marketing campaigns for portfolio campaigns by creating media schedules, managing timelines and budgets.

Responsible for on-time delivery of marketing collateral such as photography, floorplans, videography, signage, and email marketing aligned with campaign timelines.

Manage, create, and send all EDM communications via Campaign Monitor.

Support fellow Account Managers in the delivery of the Portfolio Magazine including pagination, index, editorial, and layout.

  1. Systems & Financial Administration

Maintain Streamtime system and ensure all expenses, quotes, and purchase orders for your clients' campaigns are recorded and communicated effectively.

Manage all incoming supplier invoices on behalf of your client, forward to the Accounts Team in a timely manner, and ensure accurate POs are entered into Streamtime.

Maintain overall Campaign Status Report to ensure accuracy for the team.

  1. Communication & Coordination

Liaise with external suppliers for quotes and rates on deliverables including signboards, photography, videography, video editing, floorplans, and print.

Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain communications between marketing and the agency team.

Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful.

  • Relevant marketing qualifications and/or experience is essential.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience in the real estate industry, marketing and/or project management beneficial
  • Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships
  • Maintain high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Can-do and flexible attitude and willingness to get the job done
