team empowers our clients to plan, prepare for and take advantage of the rapid changes to work and their workforce. We work across elements including organisation and culture, future of work and workforce, learning and capability uplift and change strategy and delivery.

As a client-facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in shaping workforce strategies, optimising workforce performance and driving HR digital transformation for our government and public purpose clients. With a range of roles available, we are looking for consultants from Associate to Manager level to support our customers onsite in
Canberra
.
In These Roles, You Will Create Value By
- Developing Workforce Plans: Creating strategies to optimise resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency.
- Shaping Workforce Strategies: Aligning workforce strategies with strategic priorities of federal government and non-profit clients.
- Skills Development: Enhancing employee abilities to improve performance and meet future demands
- Utilising Data Analytics: Gathering and presenting workforce data insights for informed decision-making.
- Forecasting and Modelling: Anticipating workforce trends and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Measuring Performance: Establishing KPIs to assess and improve workforce effectiveness.
- Consulting Stakeholders: Understanding skill/resource gaps and recommending workforce strategies.
- Collaborating: Integrating workforce analytics into business planning with HR, finance, and operations.
- Engaging Stakeholders: Building strong relationships and communicating effectively to drive change.
- Delivering Communications: Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends to enhance our clients' digital experiences.

- Market leading Parental Leave: Allows either carer to take 26 weeks of leave, flexibly, until a child is two years of age. A six-month minimum service requirement for new starters applies. We also make full superannuation contributions for up to 12 months (including unpaid parental leave).
