Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow HRSD modules, providing strategic guidance, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance HR service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes, identify requirements, and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Solution Design: Develop detailed solution designs, workflows, and integrations to optimize HR service delivery.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful deployment.
• Best Practices & Standards: Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, compliance standards, and organizational policies.
• Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to client teams post-implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules and implementations.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, workflows, scripting, integrations, and data management.
• Certifications: ServiceNow HRSD Certification is preferred.
• Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, etc.).
• Knowledge of HR industry trends and best practices.
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment.
