About the Role:

This position is based at our Smithfield Plant and is primarily focused on Online Order Fulfillment. All roles will involve a certain level of stock management, ensuring the seamless operation of our e-commerce pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Your daily tasks will encompass a range of e-commerce activities, including:

  • Product & Inventory: Taking product photos and performing accurate stock recording.
  • Online Listings: Listing products on our online sales channels.
  • Store Management: Managing the online store, which includes responding to customer messages, processing returns and replacements, and resolving disputes.
  • Order Dispatch: Handling stock picking, dispatching orders, and managing postal activities.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensuring the storage area is consistently organized and well-presented.

About You (Qualifications & Skills):

We are seeking a proactive individual who possesses:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related phone/web-based customer service role or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with consumers via social media platforms.
  • High self-motivation with a positive, 'Can-Do' attitude.
  • Willingness to take initiative and learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent team player.
  • Confident communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient use of a computer and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware. (Preferred but not essential)
